The organization of Business English, German, or Polish courses consists of the following stages:
We conduct a free test to determine your employees’ language proficiency.
Your company’s HR department receives reports and recommendations on how to group employees by level. Groups of up to 6 people are most comfortable for studying.
The account manager is assigned to your company to communicate with the group during the course, monitor attendance, and track progress in corporate language learning.
Formed groups choose a convenient time for classes and review the teacher’s profile.
The account manager registers students on the platform, sends instructions, and adds appointments to the calendar with a link to the Zoom lesson.
Students attend the trial lesson and provide feedback on the lesson and the teacher. If satisfied, the group begins the course.
Lessons last 60 minutes, but upon request, they can extend to 90 minutes.
We work on a postpaid basis. Each month, your company receives an invoice for the corporate classes delivered. If you select a format where part of the payment is made by your employees, our account manager will handle their payment. Your company will receive an invoice for the agreed percentage. The price per lesson remains fixed, regardless of the group size.
Yes. The company can order individual lessons in business English, German and Polish for its employees. You can cancel an individual lesson up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, it is paid in full.
Yes, we issue certificates for levels B1-C2.
Yes, we have teachers from the US, the UK, Germany and Poland. Native speakers are the best at helping you immerse yourself in the language in the format of conversation clubs.
Level assessment We administer a free online test to gauge your employees’ English proficiency. This helps determine each person’s current knowledge and form homogeneous study groups (ideally up to six people per group).
Group formation and programme selection After testing, you receive a report with the results and recommendations on how to allocate employees to groups based on their language level. Taking your company’s specific field into account, we select a training programme tailored to your business needs.
Trial lesson scheduling Your dedicated manager helps arrange a convenient time for the trial lesson. Before the session, all participants receive the necessary instructions and a link (e.g., a Zoom link) from the manager.
Introductory lesson and feedback The teacher conducts a 60-minute trial lesson. Afterward, we gather feedback from your employees on the quality of the session and the instructor. If the company is satisfied with the trial lesson, we agree on the ongoing schedule and programme, and the groups move on to regular training.
We offer two testing formats for corporate clients:
Free quick test (30 minutes)
This is an online test that employees can take at any convenient time. It quickly determines their level across the main skills (excluding speaking). The results are sent immediately to the participant’s email.
EPE test (Enhanced Placement Evaluation)
This in-depth assessment covers all language competencies: grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Results are processed within 24 hours and emailed to the participant, accompanied by recommendations for improvement.
📌 Your HR or L&D department receives a consolidated table with all participants’ scores, along with our methodological recommendations for group placement and the optimal training format.
The BEA corporate English programme covers every component your employees need to develop language skills in a business context. A typical course offers:
Tailored curriculum The course is built around your company’s needs and industry. We provide both General Business English and specialised modules—e.g. Business English, English for IT, English for HR—selected to fit your specific business tasks. Content focuses on practical communication skills: negotiating, giving presentations, business correspondence and other relevant scenarios. Vocabulary building emphasises professional terminology, including terms unique to your sector.
Professional teachers and methodology Classes are led by qualified instructors experienced with corporate groups. We use a modern communicative approach that encourages active English use in class. Lessons are interactive and feature role-plays, discussions of real business cases and group tasks. If desired, you can also add sessions with native speakers (conversation clubs) to boost real-world speaking skills.
Flexible schedule and lesson format Training is organised at times convenient for your team. A standard lesson lasts 60 minutes (extendable to 90 minutes if needed) and usually takes place twice a week—though the timetable is agreed with you. Groups are limited to 6–8 participants for optimal classroom interaction.
Ongoing support and guidance Each company is assigned an account manager who coordinates the process and tracks attendance and student progress. Throughout the course, teachers provide individual feedback and improvement tips. Online support is also available: extra self-study materials, homework assignments and the option to ask the teacher questions between lessons.
Assessment and certification At the end of the course, a final test or presentation measures progress. Every student receives a Business English Academy certificate confirming their achieved level (e.g. B1 or B2). If desired, we can also prepare employees for international exams (BEC, TOEIC, IELTS, etc.) within the corporate course.
Corporate business-English courses benefit any organisation that wants to raise its employees’ English proficiency and thrive in today’s marketplace. They are particularly useful for companies that:
Collaborate with foreign clients or partners If your business works with international partners, suppliers, or customers, a solid command of the global language of commerce is critical. Business-English training helps your team communicate and negotiate more effectively with overseas colleagues.
Plan to enter new markets or expand abroad For companies preparing to go international or open offices overseas, training staff in English is an investment in human capital and an excellent way to prepare for foreign markets. A team that confidently uses English greatly increases your chances of success abroad.
Operate in sectors where English is essential Examples include IT firms (both outsourcing and product-based) whose development teams work with clients worldwide; financial and consulting companies that prepare reports or presentations for international audiences; marketing agencies researching global trends; and manufacturing or trading companies that import or export products. In these cases, business English gives employees a significant competitive edge.
Aim to upskill their workforce Even if your company currently has limited international activity, English courses form part of a strong professional-development strategy. English is now a fundamental skill for career growth. After training, employees can present the company more confidently at conferences, take part in international projects, and share expertise with colleagues around the world.
Corporate English training offers several distinctive features and advantages over general language courses for individual learners:
Individual focus on business needs A corporate school tailors the syllabus to your specific company—taking into account your industry, internal tasks, and employees’ proficiency levels. By contrast, public courses follow one programme for everyone and ignore your business context. At Business English Academy, content is selected only after analysing your needs, so materials are highly relevant (current topics, sector-specific terminology, etc.).
Flexible format and schedule Corporate lessons are held at times and in formats convenient for your staff—before or after work, during lunch breaks, or whenever suits the team best. Standard courses usually offer a fixed timetable and location that learners must work around. With corporate training, we adapt to your schedule, boosting attendance and learning efficiency.
Groups made up solely of your employees Corporate groups consist only of colleagues who can study together, creating a supportive atmosphere and allowing practice of real workplace scenarios. In regular schools, classmates come from different backgrounds and the material is not tied to any particular company.
Progress monitoring and reporting Business English Academy closely tracks attendance and achievement. Each corporate group has an assigned manager who monitors student progress and class participation. Your company regularly receives reports detailing topics covered, successes achieved, high performers, and employees who may need extra attention. Such detailed reporting is rare in public courses, where individual learners manage their own attendance and the school does not share progress data with employers.
Comprehensive B2B service A corporate school typically provides full support—from scheduling assistance to accounting paperwork (contracts, invoices)—all included in the service. Programmes can be adjusted mid-course at the company’s request, and additional specialist trainings can be added. Standard courses lack this flexibility, as they cater to the mass learner rather than the business client.
Yes. We guarantee complete transparency for your HR department and management. Business English Academy regularly supplies detailed reports on each student’s attendance and progress. Our account manager tracks every lesson your employees attend and records their learning achievements. Based on these data, we compile a report that includes:
Attendance Who attended which lessons and each employee’s attendance rate. If someone misses a class, we note the reason (where possible) and arrange for the material to be covered later.
Ongoing progress Marks for completed tasks, interim test results and in-class participation. You can see how each student is advancing through the course, which topics they have mastered and what still needs extra attention.
Final results After a module—or the entire course—we provide a summary of the knowledge level attained. For example, Employee A may rise from A2 to B1, while Employee B successfully masters the business vocabulary for their level. The report also lists who has received level certificates.
The format and frequency of reporting are agreed with the client. HR managers usually receive a monthly report or access to an online progress table. At the end of the course we always supply a final report analysing group performance and offering recommendations for further skill development.
After completing a corporate English course, your employees will show noticeable progress in both their language level and their practical business-communication skills. Specifically, you can expect:
Higher language level Employees will improve their overall English by at least one CEFR step (e.g., from A2 to B1 or from B1 to B2), provided they attend regularly and complete assignments. Statistics from Business English Academy show that graduates significantly increase their workplace efficiency once they reach Intermediate (B1). Clients confirm that better English helps staff complete tasks more quickly and accurately.
Expanded business vocabulary Students will master a wide range of new terms and set phrases used in business—financial terminology, marketing jargon, management vocabulary, and more—so they can feel confident in professional English conversations.
Enhanced on-the-job communication skills The course greatly improves both oral and written business communication. Employees learn to deliver presentations, participate in meetings and negotiations in English, and draft emails, reports, and other documents correctly. They become more persuasive when sharing ideas and proposals with foreign colleagues or clients.
Negotiation abilities Special emphasis is placed on conducting negotiations and reaching agreements in English. By course end, employees will have effective persuasion strategies and a broader linguistic toolkit for arguing their positions—especially valuable for sales managers, business developers, finance professionals, and anyone who needs to close deals or discuss cooperation terms.
Cross-cultural competence Training addresses communication with people from different cultures. Employees learn to better understand international partners, avoid cultural misunderstandings, and build productive dialogue while respecting national specifics—crucial for success in global teams and with clients worldwide.
Greater confidence and reduced language barriers Perhaps the most important outcome: your staff will stop fearing the use of English at work. Regular practice, teacher support, and realistic classroom scenarios help dismantle language barriers. Employees become more self-assured during meetings, phone calls, and presentations for international audiences. In our experience, this boost in confidence leads to higher overall team productivity.
