After the relocation of Autodoc employees, we faced a strategic challenge — to help teams adapt smoothly to new countries and working environments.

Key company needs:

• Organize corporate language courses for relocation, including:
• Portuguese courses for adaptation in Portugal;
• Polish courses for relocated teams in Poland;
• Czech language courses for employees in the Czech Republic.
• Make learning highly practical, focusing on everyday communication, cultural adaptation, and work-related scenarios.
• Reduce relocation stress, ensure faster integration, and enhance team efficiency in an international context.

Together with Autodoc, we launched a dedicated project — Local Lingua, designed to support employees throughout their relocation journey.

Key steps:

• Flexible online format: classes held twice a week to fit into employees’ new routines.
• Practical focus: the program covered everyday life, workplace communication, and social interaction in a new environment.
• Multilingual rollout: courses launched simultaneously in three languages — Portuguese, Polish, and Czech.
• Level-based groups: formed according to employees’ initial language proficiency for maximum learning efficiency.
• Ongoing analytics: quarterly reports provided to the company, tracking attendance, progress, and participant feedback.

We achieved:

Faster integration and greater confidence: - Autodoc employees adapted more quickly to their new environments, communicating confidently in daily and workplace situations. This reduced relocation stress and improved efficiency across international teams.

• Expanded language offering: the company now provides access to three additional corporate language programs — Portuguese, Polish, and Czech.
• Data-driven learning analytics: each quarter, the company receives detailed reports from us, including student evaluations, attendance rates, performance metrics, and teacher feedback — enabling transparent monitoring of progress and ROI.
