    Business English Academy conducted an initial language assessment and developed a training format fully adapted to employees’ busy schedules:

    • Mini-groups (up to 3 participants) — for employees with similar English levels and job functions, ensuring relevant communication practice.
    • Individual lessons — for managers and specialists handling more complex client and documentation cases.

    Two specialized programs were launched:

    • Business English — focused on everyday professional communication, meetings, and correspondence.
    • English for Banking — offline English training covering client service, documentation, and banking terminology.
