• We were tasked with organizing corporate offline English courses designed specifically for a digital marketing agency, with the following key objectives:
• Enhance professional communication in client projects, presentations, and meetings through tailored English for Digital Agencies training.
• Improve client service quality for international customers and partners via English for Marketing Professionals.
• Prepare teams for participation in international projects requiring confident English communication in the field of digital marketing.
• Ensure flexible and accessible learning across regional offices — without interrupting work processes and considering employees’ diverse schedules.

To ensure the training precisely matched Netpeak’s business goals, the Business English Academy team began with a comprehensive diagnostic phase:

• conducted English proficiency testing for 20 participants;
• formed level-based groups in each city — Kharkiv, Odesa, and Kyiv;
