    At Simply Contact, a company that collaborates daily with international clients, the conversational Business English courses for teams were designed not only as a space for language practice, but also as a tool for teambuilding among colleagues from different countries.

    • Increase regular participation in English Speaking Clubs — as many employees registered but did not attend consistently.
    • Make topics more relevant to employees’ daily work and client communication.
    • Boost confidence in speaking English, particularly in business-related contexts and customer interactions.

    To turn the Speaking Club into a true tool for growth and international teambuilding, a series of strategic improvements were implemented in collaboration with the HR department and team leaders:

    Content Adaptation

    • Topics were redesigned to be dynamic, practical, and closely aligned with real work situations.
    • Introduced a new monthly format: 3 fun sessions with native speakers + 1 business session focused on real cases and communication scenarios from Simply Contact employees.

    Systematic Communication

    • Automated reminders were set up — one day and three hours before each session.
    • Speaking Club updates were presented in a more engaging and motivational format, increasing awareness and participation.

    Participant Feedback Loop

    • Monthly surveys were launched after each English teambuilding session to collect feedback on topics, difficulty level, and future suggestions.
    • This allowed us to adjust the content dynamically based on employees’ real needs and interests.

    International Team Integration

    • Speaking Club participation expanded beyond Ukraine to include colleagues from Poland and Moldova.
